Provides transport for the frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers wishing to do shopping or attend medical appointments, outings and other community activities. The service is door to door, including assistance to get on and off the bus. Community transport is a HACC funded service available in addition to local transport services. Referrals can be accepted after meeting the assessment criteria for access to this service.
